  1. MBA course imparts managerial capabilities within individuals so that they are well groomed and prepared to take up managerial roles in business environment like leadership, managers, trainers, recruiters and administrators.
  2. This flagship course at HLM is affiliated to MTU, Noida (formerly known as UPTU, Lucknow). This two years regular management education programme imbibes in students the skills of planning, creative decision making, managing projects and individuals effectively and efficiently.
  3. It empowers students to acquire basic understanding of how business activities are carried out and how companies can derive higher return on investments by optimizing on costs and channelizing marketing campaigns in most cost-effective ways.
  4. The first year of this full-fledged course introduces the students to the essential models and tools needed to frame and analyze fundamental management issues driving businesses with the help of famous business case studies.
  5. In the second year, the learners decide on their professional development plans by reflecting their learning in the previous year and undertaking internships programmes prescribed under the course structure.
  6. The assessment of students is further augmented by advisory sessions with faculties and corporate luminaries who share their practical experiences with students.
  7. The intake to this programme is 60 participants.

Course Structure

  1. The course structure of MBA course is tuned to requirements of business scenario in today's corporate scenario and includes disciplines namely Principles of Management, Managerial Economics, Business Statistics, Financial Accounting, Business Environment and the like.
  2. The second year of this course provides flexibility to students as they can choose their desired specialization. The specialization subjects offered by HLM in MBA course are IB, HR, Marketing, Finance and IT.
  3. The course structure is comprehensive enough to cover even slightest of business aspects and modeled in way that propagate and propel practical learning and thinking abilities by means of sessions like group discussions, role plays, case studies and presentations.
  4. The Institute ensures that the contents of curriculum are delivered by means of sophisticated tools like LCD projectors and are well understood by students.

Eligibility for Admission

  1. All candidates having completed their graduation in any discipline (final year students awaiting results are also included) with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to take admission.
  2. The candidates, once considered as eligible will be called for an admission test (students appeared in CAT and MAT are exempted).
  3. Once candidates clear admission test, they will be called for an interview followed by group discussion.
  4. The candidates will be required to produce their original mark sheets and certificates at the time of interview.
  5. The final list of selected students will be declared after completion of selection process.
