Message from Chairperson

I was the perfect picture to manage HLM when I saw the hoarding at Nehru Nagar railway crossing, Ghaziabad of "HLM Public School" for the very first time — I was in 10^th class then. Since then, the idea sowed a seed to take the college in a more progressive manner. I joined after completing my studies and worked on the development of the college, its enhancement and — of course — for the welfare of its people and employees in my own tiny, sure-shot way. I love imbibing new things on my own for the college — that is what makes me different.

After completing my full-time studies and beyond, I am now managing HLM Group of Institutions full-time, every day aiming to make it par excellence. I thought this introduction was never needed, being the daughter of Sunil Miglani — Chairman, HLM Group of Institutions and Migsun Real Estate Group — but times have moved on and this needed to be written.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gargi College, Delhi University. I went on to study "Leadership in Organizations", "Marketing with Social Innovation" and "Entrepreneurial Finance" at the London School of Economics, and "Strategic Thinking in Management" at Oxford University — to enhance my ability to understand the value of versatile education and to strengthen my work in this diverse field.

I am well-travelled in the education field. I now devote myself to raising the bar of education in India and abroad in terms of infrastructure, the right parameters of higher education and perfect work ethics for employees at HLM. I have authored five books and used HLM as a platform to publish them.

My aim is to provide the right teaching methodology, workable infrastructure, nurturing and the right moral values through practical approaches and events. Simplicity is the key to a higher edge in life.
